I had a guided meditation with Lis right at the moment when I needed to disconnect my mind and to get in touch my body… During the meditation she took me in a “journey” where I explored myself while connecting to my body and my emotions from a espiritual place, which is very difficult for me to do since I usually use my thoughts to try to understand myself. I have been struggling with chronic pain and Lis has helped me understand I have the ability to connect with my spiritual self in order to help heal my physical and emotional wounds. Anyone who has a difficult time “disconnecting” their thinking and need to look for their spiritual selves should try guided meditations with Lis

I was missing my mom and she was not coming to my dreams or maybe I couldn't remember my dreams. I'm not sure I contacted @suppolis for a visualized meditation and I had the most amazing experience. Not only did I see my mother, I felt her and also felt her hands. I felt her hugs, I felt her kiss and it was incredible. It's amazing when we stop for a little bit and gather our thoughts and we calm our mind so we can actually see what our eyes can't. Thank you lis for an incredible experience.

Wrapped up an incredible 5 day event earlier this week that brought me to Ibiza called "Becoming Her" created by Lis Suppo Beautiful ladies from Romania, Poland, Paris, Argentina, Spain, US and Mexico discovering life from different aspects of themselves. Everything was translated in Spanish and English so everyone could participate fully. Music, meditation, movement, nature, sound, healing, fresh meals prepared by personal chefs, healing alchemy, breath work, connection with ourselves and with the earth and gorgeous feminine energy embodied each day. Letting go of the old and embracing new ways of life as we live the most fulfilled life, honouring our unique gifts and sharing them with others. So grateful to have come here alone yet left with a beautiful new family of Sisters. Here's to taking all of the love and healing and powerful energy back to our loved ones and into the world. It all starts with one and together we rise. Thank you Lis!
