I had a guided meditation with Lis right at the moment when I needed to disconnect my mind and to get in touch my body… During the meditation she took me in a “journey” where I explored myself while connecting to my body and my emotions from a espiritual place, which is very difficult for me to do since I usually use my thoughts to try to understand myself.
